It's winter already here in Maine and I've been very busy trying to catch up on all the things I didn't have time for in the summer and fall. One of the biggest new projects I've completed is the new Website you're now looking at! I certainly hope you enjoy it and encourage you to send any comments to me on how I may improve it.

I've also completed a couple of new paintings which are "seascape portraits." I call them this because they try to capture a mood or feel of the ocean where it meets the rocks. I am particularly interested in the drama of the water as reflected in its abstract movement in the composition.

I have also recently returned from a trip to Provence in southern France and hope to be painting some scenes from this trip soon.
